They're engineered for it — single-column layout, standard section headers, no tables or graphics, keywords drawn from each posting's actual language, written for the semantic AI screeners most employers now run. No honest service can promise a specific score on every proprietary system; this format is the industry standard for parsing reliably.
How do you pick my 5 jobs?
Your questionnaire sets hard constraints (salary floor, location/remote, industry vetoes) that we never violate. We then score candidate postings on requirements coverage, salary fit, logistics, a nameable edge you have over the median applicant, employer legitimacy, and whether the role delivers what you told us you want more of. Ghost postings, dead listings, and fee-charging "opportunities" are screened out, and every surviving link is re-verified the day your package ships.
What if a posting closes before I apply?
Postings move fast — that's why we verify at delivery and tell you to apply within 48 hours. If a link dies before you get there, reply within your revision window and we'll swap in a live replacement.
Do you apply to jobs for me?
No — you stay in control of where your resume goes. We hand you everything ready to submit, which also means your applications come from you, not a bot (employers penalize automated submissions).
